Teach For All appealed to me because this organization believes that all children have a right to "an education that meets their diverse needs, advocates who challenge the injustices they face, services that support their healthy development, and tools to navigate the world they will inherit" (Teach For All, n.d.). Teach For All works in many countries around the world developing leadership to support improvements for children's education opportunities.

There is an opportunity in South Africa and Asia for a director of leadership development. This position requires candidates to possess a local work authorization. The candidate needs to have experience in a leadership development and working well with diverse groups of stakeholders in a global capacity. Plus, the director needs to be innovative and can turn ideas into reality.

To be considered, a candidate is required to have a PhD, 15 years experience in the field of education in national and international settings, and expertise in planning and leading teams.

Save the Children is an organization which is committed to giving children the best chance at the future they deserve. This organization helps children both nationally and globally to ensure they receive opportunities to develop and grow.

There are no current job opportunities which are of interest to; however, there are opportunities to be an advocate for children and to participate in fundraising efforts which do pique my interests.
